Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als Project Engineer Automatisatie wordt je verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van projecten en het leveren van support op het vlak van automatisatie.
- Managen nieuwe projecten: opstellen specificaties, selectie leverancier en bestelling, testen en opleveren van nieuwe process automation systemen (HMI, PLC, …).
- Leveren van supportactiviteiten op vlak van automatisatie en integratie. Assistentie (wachtdienst) buiten werkuren en weekend
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opstellen van specificaties en standaarden.
- Design HMI (SCADA) installatie in samenwerking met interne klanten en HMI leverancier.
- Superviseren en beoordelen van de testen door HMI leverancier.
- Review van P&ID , Engineering & Functionele specificaties van de productie installaties.
- Uitvoeren van codereviews op PLC programma’s’.
- Opstellen en uitvoeren technische testscripts (o.a. failsafe) op productie installaties.
- Doorgedreven troubleshooting tijdens opstart productie installatie.
- Coördinatie en uitvoeren software aanpassingen aan productie installaties.
- Specifiëren elektrische uitvoering en elektrische afname.
- Specifieke assistentie (wachtdienst) buiten werkuren en weekend tijdens bepaalde opstartperiodes van een project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Industrieel ingenieur automatisatie/elektromechanica of gelijk door ervaring.
- Minimum vijf jaar werkervaring in een industriële omgeving .
- Ervaring in farmaceutische omgeving is een troef (GAMP).
- Persoonlijkheid: kartrekker, goalgetter, teamplayer, communicatief sterk.
- Zeer goede projectmanagement vaardigheden.
Technische kennis:
- PLC Siemens S7 300, 400, 1500
- HMI (SCADA, Siemens WinCC en TIA Portal)
- Machines/installatie elektriciteit (oa norm EN60204)
- Kennis van industriële computer hardware, software en netwerken (profibus, profinet, OPC…)
- Ervaring in farmaceutische omgeving (Validatie, GAMP).
- Ervaring met servo drives (Simotion, ELAU)
