For our well-known, international Client, we are currently looking for Project Coordinator - Customer On-boarding Specialist with German.
In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients. You will fully own technical implementation and migration projects for your clients, from initiation through to delivery. You will work closely with the wider Account Team as well as other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of your projects. You will be aproject coordinator who will develop and implement project plans, and proactively work with clients on product upgrades and migrations.Moreover, you will proactively monitor network communications capacity, participate in Account Team meetings and assist clients with on-boarding onto self-help tools
To be successful in this role, you need to be fluent in English and German. Furthermore, you should have strong organizational skills, self-discipline and negotiation skills, including face to face and over the phone. You should have an ability to multi-task, prioritize and succeed in a mission-critical environment. Additionally, you should have an ability to work in virtual teams, logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
