We are looking motivated and experienced candidates for Operations Project Controller’ position for our Client- global manufacturing company located in central Silesia (greenfield).
The main goals of this role are establish finance processes in new plant as well as cooperation with other plant controllers in other locations in Europe. Working on this position you will be a part of production’s transfer, leading and executing FI ERP module implementation (Navision), developing and setting up adequate costing processes. This role include also: resource planning for Finance and Controlling for Polish entity, overseeing, identifying plan deviations and presenting recommendations for project manager as well as maintaining current and forecasted Cash Flow. You will be also responsible for preparing various internal reports including operating metrics, financial controls and performance indicators what will help in improving business’ growth and objectives. One of the first tasks will be also developing financial modelling of annual budget to achieve cost objectives.
We are looking for motivated, communicative, professional, business, people and process-oriented Candidates with experience for manufacturing companies on similar position with analyticaland solution- oriented mindset as well as proven record in setting up operation processes. Fluent English is a must. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV data structures and modules would be a plus.
