- supporting new project development for a part of the category of product.
- in charge of tendering the supplier market, improving marketing brief thanks to value engineering mindset, supporting all the development until the launch of the product.
- will be closely working within a project team with marketing managers and R&D.
- Understand Marketing requests and challenge specifications vs costs and timing risk and adopt a value engineering approach during development phase
- Select supplier(s) for tender among supplier panel (current and new suppliers)
- Secure required resources / capacities at the supplier to support our inno, reno and sourcing projects
- Lead NPD full conditions negotiation with suppliers during development, based on: Cost breakdown, Raw materials, Packaging and transport costs, Lead times and payment terms
- Drive the contractual documents on NPD’s and ensure they are all signed by the supplier (Confidentiality agreement, GPC, Project sheet)
- Elaborate the Exclusivity agreement with Marketing and Legal, negotiate with supplier
- Project reporting tracker and identify potential increase of NPDs vs annual plans.
- Explain and recommend solutions and alert on potential risks during the development
- Support Catergoy team with updates on on-going projects and info for price sheet on launched NPDs
- Minimum of 2-7 years relevant business experiences in FMCG Industry in an international environment, preferably in Food based
- Experience with Project Buying (marketing, innovations, renovations)
- Strong in supplier relationship management (in-external)
- SAP and MsOffice, Excel advanced
- Dutch and English fluent
- Able to handle high complexity

Requirements
- Bachelor level, preferable with Nevi 1 & 2- Minimum of 2-7 years relevant business experiences in FMCG Industry in an international environment, preferably in Food based
- Experience with Project Buying (marketing, innovations, renovations)
- Strong in supplier relationship management (in-external)
- SAP and MsOffice, Excel advanced
- Dutch and English fluent
- Able to handle high complexity
