Opis stanowiska

• Lead and manage new sourcing activities in development projects, supporting cross-functional and cross-regional teams, and reporting to the Sourcing Manager.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of project and category management, including current and potential solutions.

• Monitor and ensure fulfilment of project timeliness, providing progress reports.

• Upload supplier information in the local ERP and maintain Master Data for new parts.

• Identify and implement the most effective sources for project components and solutions.

• Lead the decision board in selecting solutions and suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions for specific projects.

• Optimise the supplier database to meet technical, logistics, quality, and cost standards.

• Conduct periodic reviews of supplier performance.

• Report progress against projects and category strategies.

Profil kandydata

• Minimum five years of sourcing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

• High-level understanding of product development cycles, project management, and sourcing strategies.

• Technical proficiency in product functions and specifications.

• Experience in project environments and change management.

• Advanced skills in precise cost analysis and cost optimisation.

• Strong negotiation skills, with moderate contract law understanding.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Strong organisational, planning, execution, and communication skills.

• Openness to new experiences and enthusiasm.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, aligned with company objectives.
