Requirements
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• training, development and management of staff and the workshop
• development and co-ordination of improvement activities, and management of cross functional teams and activities to meet the shops quality targets
• to be able to make quality improvements and judgements and set quality standards
• to manage budget
Background & Experience:
• strong leadership skills, people management and communication skills essential
• a working knowledge of NPW tools and NTWI principles
• ability to analyse and resolve concerns
• proven management track record
• PC / SAP literate
European Language: english fluent
