Role Description

As a Production Planner you will ensure timely delivery of the medicines from this company to the patients and optimizing the costs. You will coordinate the shipment plan with release departments to ensure release of intermediates and API is efficient, based on the production schedule and the distribution plan.

Responsibilities

- Scheduling, coordinating and communicating the API shipment plan of the platform
- Interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders to schedule and ensure ongoing production planning activities in the coordination and execution of the detailed schedules
- Leading and executing continuous improvement and business projects
- Responsible for reporting of key metric, i.e. on-time shipments
- Ensuring supply for commercial cell lines
- Support change control activities from planning perspective

Requirements

- Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineer or similar
- Supply Chain Certification like APICS is preferred
- 5 years' of relevant Supply Chain experience
- Experience in planning/purchasing in a multi-national manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of using SAP and OMP+
- Implemented, developed and executed business planning and control systems with emphasis in the proficient use of Advanced Planning Software
