For our Client, an international producer of electric and electronic components for household appliances, we are currently searching for experienced Candidates, who will join its structure at the position of Production Manager dedicated to production plant based in Wroclaw.
The person on this position will be mainly responsible for leading and managing productive resources within settled methods and based on continuous improvement philosophy to meet the needs of customers in accordance with the guidelines received from the company’s Management and it’s strategies. Therefore her/his range of obligations will include planning and optimising human and material resources necessary to ensure the fulfilment of the needs of customers, coordinating the incidents and deviations that occur together with its partners and related resources. What is more, Production Manager will be accountable for meeting the objectives of quality, cost, service, safety and environment, monitoring and controlling of operational and ensuring taking action against deviations indicators. The Manager will be in charge also of proposing and leading the implementation of improvement and development in the area of responsibility in coordination with the Project Management. Additionally this person will collaborate with Project Manager in the implementation of new projects in the area of process and product.
To apply for this position you need to have at least 2 years of experience gained in serial production area on the position of Production Manager, as well as higher technical education (degree in mechanical/electrical). Our Client is searching for a person who has experience in managing of team 60-90 people and has knowledge about Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards. Due to multinational environment very good level of both spoken and written English is a must. The perfect Candidate should present a good communications skills and be very organised and coordinated.
