Are you the one who is result-orientated, decisive and keeps an eye on the floor team! We are looking for a Production Leader, which main focus will be on the work floor. You will make sure that their end-product will go through a streamlined process, while maintaining the quality requirements.Responsibilities
You are going to be responsible for the quality control confirm the KPI's. Together with the team leader, you will make sure that 80 employees do their job. You are going to initiate improvements on lead time, costs and quality.Requirements
- Bachelor degree (preferred technical)- Experience with HACCP, BRC or other production processes or quality systems.
- 3 - 5 years experience in a leading role in the Food industry
