This position belongs to the Medical Device side of the business. In this site, they assembly several devices and combination products.
This position belongs to the "Innovation department".
- Introduction of Quality improvements
- Implementation of Lean initiatives and principles to improve performance
- Project Management
In order to support the production, the Production Engineer will investigate CAPAs, deviations, Non-conformances, root cause analysis, manage change controls, ensure GMP compliance and manage of audit observations. Additionally, the Engineer will assist on roll-out projects and participate in Lean initiatives.
Due to the nature of the products, the engineering processes are mainly mechanical.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
- Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles is an advantage
- Solid Quality standards and familiarity with qualification and validation processes
- Advanced English language skills (Dutch not required but appreciated)

Role Description
The Production Engineer will hold a broad role with multiple responsibilities in different fields. The main purpose is to support the production processes, enhance quality standards and introduction of improvements. You will often be the Project Manager responsible to carry out these assignments.This position belongs to the "Innovation department".

- At least a Bachelor degree in a relevant Engineering field (ideally Mechanical Engineering)- 2-4 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
- Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles is an advantage
- Solid Quality standards and familiarity with qualification and validation processes
- Advanced English language skills (Dutch not required but appreciated)
