Role Description

As a Product Technologist, you will be responsible for the optimization of product reliability, the improvement of quality standards, coordination of product innovation and the reduction of operational costs. You will provide leadership in project management and in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Analyze processes and develop improvements
- Work cross functionally with production, QC and QA
- Lead the strategic projects
- Improve process reliability by challenging the processes

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in beverage manufacturing
- Bachelor degree in Food Technology
- Experience with the optimization of production processes
- Track record in project management
- Fluent in Dutch and English
