Beside that you will be the contact person for complaints and request and negotiations with suppliers. On this part you have one person who will support you. But you also need to guide this person to yours and companies wishes.
- Advising the marketing and sales team on Certain product claims
- designing a the product specification on the labeling for marketing use.
- Making monthly reports of the costumer compliance
- Complaint handling
- negotiations and information gathering from suppliers.
- Finished education in food technology
- A commercial mind set
- At least 5 years experience with product specifications and/or Regulatory affairs.
- Good control in speaking and writing of the Dutch and English languages
- Good control in French writing and reading

Within this company you are responsible for the product specifications, that you will get from the production site in France. With these specifications you need to build a regulation frame for the standards of new products. Also you are the consultant for the marketing and sales team for certain claims they can make in their marketing campaign.Beside that you will be the contact person for complaints and request and negotiations with suppliers. Requirements
- Experience with costumer and suppliers negotiations- Finished education in food technology
- A commercial mind set
