International company is looking for a Product Specialist to join their team!
You will work collaboratively with a team of approximately 15 colleagues in EMEA and 60+ globally.
You will investigate and learn different segments of the financial industry depending on the clients' role and workflow. Our customers rely on our expertise to take their business decisions every day. You will work with highly qualified colleagues and on a regular basis with Account Managers and Sales specialists in different locations.
Rotational Weekend Coverage shared with the team is required (compensated with in-lieu days)
Occasional travel may be required
Your next position
Preparing custom, tailor-made analyses in Microsoft Excel based on client’s requests
Planning, preparing and performing migrations projects for huge, well known financial institutions (mainly work with customer’s financial models and charts, data conversion)
Cooperating with sales teams to provide new revenue opportunities and to support the retention of current clients (by building client-customised solutions using our products and indicating competitive advantage over competitors’ products)
Working on data presentations, analyses presentations, and functionality inquiries
Providing creative solutions and a high level of service through telephone and e-mail
What do you need to succeed?
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Advanced experience in using Microsoft Excel, including building complex models such as DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution
Knowledge of financial markets gained in a previous job or during Economics/Finance studies
Solid foundation in corporate accounting and how the three financial statements interact to create company valuation models (relative and intrinsic valuation)
Attention to details and ability to work with data
Customer-focused approach
Great communication skills
