THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.

For one of our clients, A well known Pharma company in Belgium, I am currently looking for a product Specialist Hematology

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the business result of the assigned accounts and / or sales area, the Product Specialist / Account Manager Hematology builds relationships with key decision makers in Hospitals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will design, develop and implement marketing plans and programs, consistent with global strategies.
- You will report to the Dutch Business Unit Oncology Director.
- Building a strong collaboration between the organization and all stakeholders in Hematology.
- Setting priorities and securing appropriate business planning

REQUIREMENTS

- Life science degree, or similar qualification;
- A background in sales with at leas 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in Hematology with different stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists)
- Strategic and analytical skills to identify commercial opportunities
- Teamplayer with a drive for connecting and collaborating both internally and externally.
- Go getter that has no problem working individually
