Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with development teams, business analysts, product owners and a number of different stakeholders in an international team setup.
- Responsible for understanding use cases, features, business & technical domain rules and overall product goals. Create and refine business cases and short, medium and long-term product roadmaps for new initiatives.
- Accountable for the solutions’ by defining user stories and setting the Scrum Team’s backlog priorities ensuring the team delivers value for our business.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of experience as product owner (preferred), software project manager or business analyst in the area of eCommerce and online sales.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and software development methodologies (SCRUM).
- Experience in working with Agile development teams, delivering complex initiatives through iterative development cycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
- Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to facilitate effective meetings, actively listen, present and explain.
- Experience with Hybris, Sitecore or similar platforms will be an advantage.
