THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
This company is a vegetable producer, delivering to multiple markets. Their focus is on B2B. For this, they are looking for R&D professionals with fruit and vegetable experience.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As product developer, you are responsible for the track start to finish. From raw vegetables down to the packaging of your products, you know what you are doing. Several years of experience allow you to juggle multiple projects at the same time, without losing oversight of what matters most. You will be in touch with clients to discuss their needs and through your creativity and flexibility you always deliver a result.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Adjusting recipes to clients' needs
• Upscaling lab trials of products
• Developing new flavours and consistenties
• Advising clients about product possibilities
• Advising sales about the possibilities
• Levelling with market to ensure profitability
REQUIREMENTS
• HBO/Bachelor Food technology
• 3+ years of product development experience
• project management experience
• experience working with fresh produce (fruit/vegetable/roots)
• fluent Dutch and English
• creative, strong interest in recipes, teamwork skills
