Client Details

Our client is a leading global partner to the cosmetics, pharma & healthcare industry, which employs several hundred people in its Polish manufacturing site located in Bolesławiec (Lower Silesia).

Description

• Lead, coordinate and support development & customer qualification projects for new product developments at the three European sites (which includes business trips in amount of 40-50% of working time)
• Provide technical support to product development projects connected with cosmetics industry
• Drive and manage product specifications alignment internally and externally
• Initiate and manage the execution of plans to improve customer satisfaction, including preparation and leading of meetings and supporting sites during e.g. Technical Meetings and Customer Audits
• Lead/facilitate customer-focused teams and manage their efforts to support/resolve customer concerns or complaints
• Drive and lead cross-site and cross-divisional collaboration

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in the area of chemical technology or similar
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in development of cosmetic packaging
• Preferably: experience gained in direct contact and cooperation with customers
• Fluency in English and Polish
• High sense of responsibility and a proactive, reliable and self-dependent working style, even under time pressure
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented thinking along with the ability to take on new challenges
• Willingness to travel (European countries)
