Our Client is a prestigious, worldwide consulting Company which offers an intellectually-challenging business environment. Its Wroclaw branch office is currently searching for new Consultants, who will be responsible for leading international projects for manufacturing clients representing following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Industries, High-Tech, Telecom, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Medical Products.
Description
- Being a Knowledge Consultant in Product Development projects which aim to improve productivity and effectiveness of Company's clients (by working to develop products and services that fit market needs, are produced with attractive margins & enhance the reputation of the brand for future business growth)
- Development of product improvements & innovative product ideas within value engineering approach & target costing projects (in cooperation with clients' project teams)
- Working in Company's Design-to-Value laboratories
- Conducting customer insight analysis, preparing analysis of cost modelling of products, as well as competitive analysis of competitors' products
- Building sustainable capabilities for R&D area, expanding Company's expertise, developing cutting-edge knowledge related to the product development domain
Profile
- Min. 4 years of professional experience in the range of: product development, project engineering, cost engineering,value engineering, DFMA, R&D prototyping, negotiation, target cost setting (however, no more than 8 years of experience)
- Technical educational background (Master's degree in engineering field)
- Fluency in English (additional foreign language will be a strong asset)
- Willingness to travel (up to 50% of working time)
- Demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills with the ability to structure and solve problems + strong business acumen
- Ability to cooperate with other engineers & other people at all levels & cultures in an organization
