Then you are the next product developer, who will be responsible for developing and optimising new products after customer requests and see if they are feasible for the future. As a product developer, you will also work cross-functionally with the sales & marketing team, the supply chain team and the quality team.
- Optimise existing products to improve the quality
- Follow the trends and stay ahead of trends to translate them into new products
- Work cross-functionally with the rest of the company's teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, quality)
- Be able to present your findings and products to clients
- At least 5 years of experience in product development in the food industry
- Be able to work with deadlines
- You are creative, energetic and have strong communication skills
- You are willing to travel within Europe
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, any other language is an advantage
