Product and Development Engineer

The role includes:
• be responsible for the development and industrialization of new products,
• be integrated in a team developing new products,
• implementation of new products,
• cooperation with the plant and the customers,
• relation with sales department to develop product offers.

For this interesting and challenging job, the following skills and experience are needed:
• Master’s degree in Engineering field,
• at least two years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or related psoition within a large multinational automotive manufacturing operation,
• fluent German while English on a good level,
• results oriented team player with a positive attitude,
• understanding of automotive laminated glass product,
• knowlegde of Catia or AUTOCAD,
• excellent interpersonal skills,
• knowledge of automotive tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP,
• strong work ethic,
• strong problem solving.
