On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Procurement Specialist with German.
Your new role
Holding the position of Procurement Specialist you will be expected to create purchase orders from approved purchase requisitions and/or outline agreements, follow-up deliveries and inventory levels and informing Procurement Services to maintain data in SAP. You will be also responsible for monitoring contract compliance internally and externally and working cross functionally with Accounts Payable on Invoice Matching and Problem Invoices. Procurement Specialist duties will also include participation in development of purchasing process, providing internal communication regarding problems in deliveries and maintaining external and internal contacts.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have Degree in Business, 1-2 years of procurement/materials management and working experience in international business environment. Fluency in English and German is required. You should understand sourcing & procurement process and have basic IT skills. Furthermore good interpersonal skills with excellent co-operation and organisation skills are essential as well.
