Procurement Manager (M/F)
In this position, you will be responsible for the building new structures of Procurement Management Division of components within automotive sector (innovate high-purity, high-performance chemicals and materials). This role requires high standards in terms of setting strategies and improvement measures within the commodity portfolio and spend.

Description
- Define and execute commodity strategies in line with the business needs and product line requirements
- Nominate global strategic suppliers for new business according to Purchasing Policy
- Realise cost savings and negotiate contractual agreements with the entire supplier base
- Drive activities with suppliers to achieve cost reductions and quality improvements
- Analyse the global market and continuous bench-marking of current suppliers
- Monitor market dynamics and technology developments
- Develop strategic suppliers to achieve commercial, quality and logistics targets
- Cooperate with Global Commodity teams to identify synergies across product lines
Profile
- Minimum 3 years strategic sourcing experience or other relevant experience
- Knowledge of the chemical industry and automotive standards will be an asset
- Experience with managing commodities and specialty materials
- Bachelor degree
- Manufacturing or business experience preferred
- fluent English
