For one of our Client based in Gdańsk, we are looking for:
Procurement LeaderMiejsce pracy: Gdańsk
Responsibilities:
• Leads and provides daily work direction to procurement back-office service team.
• Contributes to the team tasks and daily operations as part of your role.
• Ensures the team meets the agreed plans and KPIs for in-scope processes.
• Ensures the correct resourcing, capabilities and competences in the team and deep knowledge/know-how for in-scope processes and tools.
• Ensures planning, co-operation, and efficient end-to-end process with Financial Services teams in Gdansk, especially AP.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ work experience in procurement (shared services experience will be an advantage)
• 2 years of team leading
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Proven leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
