Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Limburg Belgium.
The company is one of the largest producers of canned mushrooms in Europe. They are active in more than 55 countries on a B2B and B2C scale. Employing more than 8000 employees they aim to provide efficient and sustainable solutions to customers and suppliers through high-quality products and innovation.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be active in the Engineering department and closely work together and aswer to the Lead Engineering Manager and you will be responsible for the discovery and development of new possibilities to innovate the production process. Working on process improvement and product quality improvement projects you will focus on innovation and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiation of process innovations of production process
- Work on process improvement and efficiency improvement
- Stay up-to-date of new technological innovations
- Support during technological errors
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of experience on industrial production site(s)
- Project working and organizational skills
- Proven analytic skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
