Process Engineer

This position provides process and project engineering and technical resources management in order to optimize the production facilities operation to meet the plant's objectivesin the areas of safety, quality and cost to assure future growth by planning for and implementing process improvements.

The role includes:

- develop improvementes in process efficiency through the mangement of process improvement and process development,
- provide training and guidance to operators and other employees impacted by process change to ensure high quality personnel performance and development,
- identify and eliminate problmes before and as they occur using the corporate values of Lean, Six Sigma, Fairness, Customer Concern and Rapid Response.

- Master’s degree in Engineering field,
- at least three years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or related position within a large multinational automotive manufacturing operation,
- good level of English,
- results oriented team player with a positive attitude,
- understanding of automotive laminated glass product and manufacturing process,
- excellent interpersonal skills,
- knowledge of Total Process Maintenance (TPM) standards,
- strong work ethic,
- strong problem solving.
