Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
This is an international organization, where sustainability and quality are guiding values. It is focused on the animal food industry and growing constantly and therefore provides a lot of opportunities.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This rapidly growing organization is looking for a Process Manager. You will standardize the process of production and make sure that the development of the design process is monitored and managed. You will be working with a team and report to the director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
With your extensive experience in HSE in the food industry you will perform safety and quality audits and follow them up with correct actions.
The main tasks are:
- Support and manage the QHSE procedure in the company
- Create awareness of HSE in the production floor and organization
- Ensure proper SOP's
- Application and executing of QHSE standards
- Increase the capacity of production, keeping in mind energy reduction & safety improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc degree in QHSE
- 3-5 years of experience with standardization and engineering in the food industry
- Awareness of QHSE management
- Fluent in English, others is a plus
- Be able to travel with regularity
- Goal oriented and be able to to build trust and goodwill among the team
