For our Client, an international manufacturing company, located close to Wrocław we are searching for experienced Process Engineers from automotive industry.
As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the production continuity, defining production processes and monitoring them, preparing and monitoring the system documentation. You will also conduct the trainings on the job positions for employees. You will be Initiating and implementing the improvements in the production processes, as well as solving the problems in the production process. You will also analyse the incompatibilities which occur in the production process.
To be successful in this role you should possess minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role in an automotive industry, you should have deep understanding of improvement tools: TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and expert knowledge of CQI 15. APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Poka Yoke understanding is also required. You should be able to communicate in English easily and use MS Office in an advanced level.
