Process Engineer Injection Molding
Miejsce pracy: PoznańDUTIES:
- Responsibility for production process
- Responsibility for improving the process and optimization of production processes
- Dealing with new launches (implementation of new processes) as a team member
- Preparation of documents related to the production process, knowledge technical documentation
- Ensuring the correctness of the technological process and performing technological tests
- Establishing, verification and modification of operating parameters of the process
- Searching for a new solutions to reduce costs in its area of operation
- Cooperation with suppliers and customers
- Representation of the company during external audits
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical higher education: Master's Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering - Polimers/Plastics, Management and Production Engineering or Mechatronics
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferable in automotive industry or injection molding manufacturing
- Good English skills (both: written and spoken)
- Good German skills will be additional advantage (both: written and spoken)
- MS Office, 3D CAD viewers/editors
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, PPAP / APQP, SMED
- Knowledge of process optimization methods
- Experience in working with technical data
- Analytical strategic thinking
