Process Development Manager
- Perfect opportunity for experienced Process Engineers with high - temperature processes background
- Required: readiness to be delegated to Korea for 2 - 3 years in order to transfer know-how & introduce new technologies in greenfield plant located in Nysa (Poland)

Description
- Being a part of global Process Research Team - a link between R&D and local Engineering teams
- Being delegated to Korea for 2-3 years in order to transfer know - how & introduce new technology to newly established Polish manufacturing plant in Nysa
- Translating requests from R&D into a workable & scalable process
- Assisting the Engineering team during projects for all process related questions.
- Coordinating development and execution of all the process aspects of the assigned projects (developing new, optimizing and modifying of existing processes)
- Assisting Engineering Project team and Operation team during commissioning
- Organizing and coordinating tests internally or at external suppliers
- Supporting existing installation for process improvements where and when needed
- Continuously scouting the market for new and better production equipment or processes
Profile
- Master's degree in Chemical engineering / Materials engineering / Chemical technology / Metallurgy / Ceramics
- Min. 5 years of experience in process engineering environment, including at least 3 years of experience gained in the range of similar technology
- Fluent English & Polish
- Background in powder handling technology will be an additional asset
- Knowledge in process safety & related disciplines (process control)
- Ability to understand and generate process documents such as: PFD, P&ID, mass balance, process description, cost calculations…
- Managerial skills: very good communication skills, ability to make decisions, being committed to results
- Personal skills: being result-oriented, creative in generating new solutions, being a respectful team-player
- Readiness to relocate to Korea for 2 - 3 years
