Process and Tooling Engineer - Aviation MRO - Wrocław
For our Client, an international leading Provider of Aviation MRO services, we are currently searching for a passionate Engineer, who will join its structure at the position of Process and Tooling Engineer dedicated to new global office based in Wroclaw.
Being a part of global MRO Engineering Team (maintenance, repair and overhaul) located in Wroclaw, the person on this position will be mainly responsible for the shop support with overhaul and machining processes and for maintenance and calibration requirements for tooling. What is more, his/her scope of duties will include introduction and update of machining and overhaul equipment process data, including update of relevant job cards and instructions, as well as maintenance of equipment software together with distribution and update of drawings for equipment and tooling. The Process and Tooling Engineer will implement regulatory and OEM requirements in tooling and equipment processes on the basis of approved data.
To apply for this position you need to have at least several years of work experience gained in CNC Department, as well as at least Bachelor degree in aviation technology, mechanical engineering or equivalent. Several years of work experience in planning of maintenance, repair or production of aviation products are also essential to be a successful Candidate. Our Client is searching for a person who has experience as Process /Tooling Engineer. It is important to have knowledge of machining process, including machining software, as well as of test, calibration and examination processes incl. knowledge of error detection processes, relevant materials such as repair process materials and consumables. Due to multinational environment very good level of both spoken and written English is a must.
