Pricing Analyst
Miejsce pracy: PoznańMain tasks:
- Provide IBP community with business analysis (e.g. pricing analysis);
- Support IBP rollouts;
- Develop advanced analytical tools to better forecast and optimize Price quality and Mix
- Incorporate studies/analysis on elasticity, mix management, profit velocity etc. in price strategy
- Maintain Pricing Databases including actuals and forward KPIs
- Contribute to definition of the customer value proposition and how to extract value from those (e.g. Mix management, Price quality discounts tracking)
- Ensure implementation and adoption of standard methodologies to determine multi-dimensional pricing segmentation;
- Ensure that IBP and pricing excellence initiatives and best practices are implemented and used
- Implementation and improvement of IT pricing systems and tools (e.g. pricing management tools, NPD pricing automation)
- Connect with and support Global pricing on policies, global pricing negotiations, tools and systems;
- Support Commercial team by collecting and analyzing market and customer data as to support pricing decision making.
Requirements:
- Analytics in an international environment;
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of corporate, commercial teams and external contacts
- Ability to challenge decisions and promote guidelines;
- Ability to prioritize tasks balancing potential strategic value and ongoing needs of the business
- Relevant experience in related industry or product;
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
- SQL, C#, VBA, Python
- Knowledge of Statistics (R studio, Ocatve)
