HRO Recruitment is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:
PP and MDM Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
Ongoing data capturing in SAP based on evidences/documents provided by local HR, Compensation & Benefits team (C&B), GHRSS and others, if indicated/applicable, respecting due dates as per the PP
Running reports in SAP (recurring and ad-hoc queries) for PP purposes, data quality assessments and local needs
Initiation of mass uploads in SAP autonomously and/or in collaboration with IL SAP support team
Definition and alignment of data flow incl. communication of deadline to local HR and any other relevant stakeholder
Providing internal and external stakeholders with the required system information, where appropriate
Keeping the maker-checker approach (four-eyes-principle)
Monthly preparation of the country payroll inputs, based on MDM data/evidences, and interaction with the defined external payroll provider
Review and control the accuracy and completeness of the monthly payroll output per country
Close collaboration with Finance and IBPO to ensure a timely salary and bonus pay-out as per the local policies
Providing internal and external stakeholders with the required payroll, social security and tax information, where appropriate
Participating in the preparation of compensation related activities in the course of the annual HR cycles (bonus, compensation review, promotions)
Contributing to recurring and/or one-time audits (payroll/system related), internally or statutorily
Supporting the Head of IC HR, Head GHRSS, local HR and Lead PP & MDM upon request
Requirements:
Fluent in English and German in written and oral
Degree in Human Resources or Commercial apprenticeship/Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent with a further education in payroll management and/or Human Resources
Proven track record (three years plus) and experience in Human Resources, Payroll and/or social security oriented function
High affinity for MIS as a user or very good/proven user knowledge in SAP HCM with excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Good organisational skills, well structured
