Your new role
- You will be responsible for building our analytical community development strategy and providing users with access to relevant content, documents, tutorials, articles and other useful educational resources related to the area of ​​data analytics
- One of the basic areas of activity will be creating commitment and active promotion of good BI analytical practices in our organization
- Your activities will include educating and coaching employees to become more "data-oriented"
- You will train employees in BI tools and creating development paths for analysts
- You will organize and run analytical initiatives: forums, webinars, podcasts and more
- You will also manage the analytical community's internal communication channels
- We will also provide you with the preparation of analyzes for the needs of business departments and key projects, allowing you to monitor initiatives and effectively communicate progress

What you'll need to succeed
You will need minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst, designing reports and dashboards using modern BI group tools. Moreover, higher education (preferred studies in economics, IT or related). Knowledge of MS PowerBI, Power Query (including M Language), DAX Language, Power Pivot (Excel), SQL, Power Platform Tools. In this role you will also need the ability to communicate technical content to other people (verbally e.g. via webinars and in writing e.g. articles), great interpersonal skills and coaching competences: delivering trainings, building commitment and adjusting the narrative to target groups.
