Responsibilities

- Workflow Management Support
- Support action, issue, and risk tracking, action log maintenance and reporting. Support change control, maintain change log and associated reporting
- Resource Management Support
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding of resources, including the creation and maintenance of program resource sheet
-Schedule Management Support
- Planning and Roadmap support Create and Baseline program plan (MS Project) with dependencies
- Maintain program plan and track all deviations from baseline
- Planning scenario analysis
- Provide work-planning guidelines and templates
- Create and maintain program roadmap with key milestones
- Dependency Tracking support Create and maintain dependency log
- Support dependency tracking and reporting
- Scope documentation support Create and maintain program Scope document
- Deliverable Management Execute deliverable approval process
- Create Deliverable approval report
- Continuous Improvement Support
- Continuous improvement Monitor PMO support services road map. Run and implement continuous improvements to PMO support services in alignment with road map
- Administrative Support
- Communications Support Maintain project orientation material like stakeholders list and onboarding pack
- Meetings support Support in organizing, preparing for and executing the program board meeting, ensuring agenda, minutes and follow-up actions
- Reporting support Support in preparing program and portfolio status reports and KPIs
- Project / Service Mgmt. Tooling Maintain SharePoint and related access rights

Requirements

- Bachelor/master degree with at least 2 years of working experience
- Project Management accreditations (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) high desirable while Microsoft Planning Expertise is a Pre
- Experience 2-5 years on large business transformation projects (manage a complex business change / program environment, geographically spread global programs.)
- Previous experience in Project Management or PMO role
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
- Pro-active and hands-on
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and in team
- Your way of working is characterized by a high level of accuracy / eye for detail
- Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
