Plant Manager
Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Site in Poznan. He/She will be accountable for developing as well as implementing a local strategy coherent with the global organisation's strategy to ensure both short and long-term profitability, market competitiveness and efficiency in processes.

Description
* Lead & Manage the Site in Poznan including project management, engineering and manufacturing areas.
* Drive high customer service and expected financial results. This involves the following activities: definition of SMART goals, regular monitoring and control, implementation of required actions, close cooperation with other functions.
* Drive improvement projects, which support building competitiveness in the market place.
* Build, develop and manage the management team of the Site.
* Develop and coach direct reports and all team members including continuous talent development in the organisation.
* Foster continuous improvement culture and agile approach across entire organisation
* Drive digitisation of local processes and take active part in digital transformation of the E2E order fulfillment process
* Develop strategies and drive process improvement to support long term goals.
* Build solid relationships with internal business partners.
* As Senior Member, work cross-organisationally to define, develop and deliver an innovative strategy and roadmap to respond to market conditions and customer needs
Profile
* Master of Science in Engineering (MBA degree is a plus);
* Experience in plant management;
* Demonstrated leadership in a cross functional environment;
* Solid understanding of engineering-to-order business;
* Solid Experience in supply chain or production planning;
* High business and financial acumen;
* Proven skills in Lean Manufacturing;
* Good knowledge about digital transformation / Industry 4.0;
* Understanding the big picture with demonstrated ability to roll sleeves and work at a tactical level;
* Fluent in Polish & English, written and spoken
