Currently for one of our clients, international production company located in the area of Wrocław we are looking for candidates for the role of Plant Manager.
The purpose of the role is to be accountable for leading the Operations of a manufacturing site (+100 FTE). The role will have a span of control across a number of functions, mainly manufacturing & Supply Chain.
As Plant Manager you will be responsible for leading the site teams in order to deliver SLA's and KPI's which has been set. Besides leadingthe Supply chain and Manufacturing Technology capability development within the site and deliver operational and financial benefits. For key responsibilities on that role will include also leading the implementation of a LEAN programme within the site and also leading the changes at local level for operations. Essential would be also to lead and developmajor investment or improvement programmes – Capex and also lead successful strategy execution.
The Ideal candidate for that role should posses a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in working in manufacturing industries- ideally on the role of Plant Manager or senior managerial role within the organisation. Experience within Plastics industry would be a huge advantage. Besides the candidate should have a higher degree gained in technical/economics or similar discipline. Our client is also expecting knowledge of Polish and English language on fluent level. Having a extensive experience in implementing LEAN philosophy and performance management would be highly appreciated. On the top of that we are looking candidates for whom H&S is the first priority, who are having collaborative mindset, in daily work are known as enthusiastic, agile and effective/decisive persons.
