THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is specialized in the production and distribution of snacks. They have several plants in the Netherlands and focus on the Benelux market.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for a Plant Manager who is able to improve the current prodution process and who will also is be responsible for new investment and expansion projects. The Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Supply Chain Manager and Quality Manager will be reporting to you and your aim is to create synergy between these departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your aim is suggesting and implementing new ways to improve the production process.
- You will be responsible for investment and expansion projects.
- In this position you will be P&L responsible for production operations at the plant.
- You will clearly communicate changes and involve employees in the decision-making process.
- You will report to the Plant VP
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical MSc (Process/Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 8 years of management experience in production environment
- Demonstrable Project Management skills
- Working experience in the Food Industry is preferred
- Dutch/English Communications
