ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the organization and management of the productionproces and your aim is to realize operational goals. You will be in charge of leading the technical departement, supplychain, production and quality. You'll analyse the production process and will be in charge of implementing improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate strategical goals to the operational level.
- Managing and connecting multidisciplinary departements
- In charge of several continues improvement projects
- Optimalization of the production process
- You will report to the plant director
REQUIREMENTS
- (Technical) BSc
- Experience with managing projects and production
- Proactive, open minded and people manager
- Dutch/English Communications
