

Plant Manager (greenfield)
For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for motivated Candidates interested in setting up and managing the whole production plant on a Plant Manager post. The Plant Manager will play a pivotal role in the establishment and operation of this state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Setup: Lead the planning, setup, and commissioning of the greenfield facility, ensuring it meets all operational and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of production staff, engineers, and other support personnel.
- Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, monitor production processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs while maximizing production efficiency.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure a consistent flow of raw materials and components.
- Environmental Sustainability: Promote and maintain eco-friendly practices in line with our commitment to sustainability
Profile
- Technical University Degree
- Proven experience in plant management, operations management etc.
- Experience in a greenfield plant setup will be an additional asset
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
