Plant Manager - Greenfield - Online Recruitment
The person in this position will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the production plant, including the creation of the budget and strategy
Client Details
Our client is a Globally Recognised Manufacturing Company, which have more than 12 production plants; they constantly increasing in global market share by launching new production plants and M&A. Due to further development plans, we are looking for strategic role of Plant Manager for Greenfield in Silesia.
Description
- Provides direction, development and leadership to managers to accomplish company goals and objectives
- Develops and controls annual plant budget plans
- Manage of Operations and Administrations P&L
- Manages capital equipment life-cycles and operating expenditures
- Monitors output, cycle times, routings, quality indicators; oversees and participates in the resolution of problems or reinforcement of positive findings (assures continuous improvement processes)
- Works cross-functionally with other plants production plants in Group
- Guarantees safety standards and full compliance with legal aspects
Profile
- High education degree, combination of business and engineering background will be an asset
- 5 years of experience in production as plant manager
- Experience in Management of group 250 FTS
- Experience in Greenfield
- Fluent English, German will be an asset
- Experience in driving changes and implementing new projects
- Strong leadership skills
- Hand one approach
