For our client, a company in the medical industry, we are seeking candidates for the position of Plant Controller.

Your new role 

• Support manufacturing leaders with valuable financial insights for daily operations and mid- to long-term planning.
• Analyze financial performance of manufacturing sites, identifying global process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the annual operating planning process and monthly forecasts, documenting assumptions and meeting deadlines.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary for budget managers, comparing Actual/Budget/Forecast.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end activities, including SOX controls.
• Verify and report on local and global saving initiatives, comparing forecasted vs. actual savings.
• Forecast, control, and report capital expenditures, and verify business cases for new Capex requests.
• Support the monthly actual reporting process by preparing financial reports and KPIs.
• Assist in operational headcount planning by reviewing inputs from Operations leaders and analyzing financial impacts of hiring plans.
• Maintain cost center hierarchy and oversee proper cost allocations.
• Work on reporting and process enhancements, focusing on simplification and automation.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Min 3 years of experience within FP&A or Controlling preferably of manufacturing company
• Fluent Polish and English (min. B2)
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly proficient with MS Excel 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with SAP preferred
