Currently we are looking for Plant Controller/ Finance Manager for our Client- manufacturing company which is launching new plant in Gliwice (greenfield project).
Working on this position you will be responsible for all accounting and financial tasks connecting with new investment including calculate, analyze and plan manufacturing and launch costs for the new plant as well as actively supporting the top management team. Your role will contain: providing accurate and timely financial analysis and reports, risk management, continuous improvements, conducting product profitability analysis, identifying gaps originating from manufacturing processes. You will be also responsible for calculation of overhead rates, hourly rates and standard costs.
We are looking for proactive, motivated Candidates who has more than 5 years of previous experience on such position in manufacturing environment, especially within greenfield projects with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Deep understanding of measuring and interpreting manufacturing variances including root cause analysis and driving corrective actions with manufacturing team is a must as well as ability to build the financial teams, procedures. Very good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is a must. We are looking for energetic, communicative, open- minded person with strong analytical, problem solving, organisational skills and “can do” attitude. Very good knowledge of English is a must.
