Plant Controller (m/f)
For an international client with production site all over the world, we are looking for an open-minded and ambitious candidates for the position of Plant Controller for the company located in in south part of Poland. The chosen person will be reporting to CFO Group and work directly with the site controller. The main responsibility will be to explain the financial details and concepts, as well as lead the business partnering and delivery the right conclusion in order to guide of the business.

The main responsibility will be to explain the financial details and concepts, as well as lead the business partnering and delivery the right conclusion in order to guide of the business.
Description
- Analyze and complete a financial reporting package (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and any other ad hoc financial analysis requested.
- Lead the monthly closing, validate the figures with each site controller and understand the differences between actual data and planned budget versus previous year.
- Delivery and manage forecast, strategic & operating Plans and budget processes by supporting global teams.
- Analyze submitted reporting packages and challenge expected performance.
- Work closely with each site controller and place the role of business partner in terms of decision making.
- Cooperation with technical department supporting FP&A and Finance functions.
- Ensure that the company follows with the group policy and standards.
Profile
- University degree with a strong focus on Accounting / Finance (MBA nice to have)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling (working independently)
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP system is required
- Excellent analytical way of thinking and fluency in analytical tools
- Result orientated, proactive personality
- Ability to work under pressures with deadlines
- Business partnering skills
- Open for an international experience
- Fluent English is required
