Plant Controller (m/f)
Role for candidates willing to roll out controlling scheme to new plant, implement new ERP system. First 2 months of employment are training in Portugal.

Our Client is an automotive industry company located in Gliwice SSE with prestigious project for it's customers.
Description
- Strategic business partner of the manufacturing team,
- responsible for cooperation with outsourced accounting, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, forecasting, cost accounting and related analytic analysis,
- Responsible for the monthly financial closing process, as well as, updating the monthly key performance metrics report and daily operation report,
- Ensure that internal controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively, timely updated and accountable for the deploy of escalation process in case of deviations,
- Responsible for fixed accounting, including capital project review, asset capitalisation and the physical inventory of fixed assets,
- Accountable for inventory management, ensuring that the plant's inventory controls are adequate, reconciling inventory balances monthly, identifying overage and ageing material issues, and coordinating periodic physical inventories,
- Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and variance analysis of costing activities,
- Performs all other functions as required; included are any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of work within Company.
Profile
Strong controlling background with understanding accounting processes,
Advanced or expert knowledge of Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis on Excel (database extraction, creation and use of complex formulas and functions, pivot table creation and maintenance, etc.),
Must be detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytic skills,
Advanced communication & supervisory skills,
Maintain a team -oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provides for individual growth,
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment,
Ability to communicate changes and gain buy in for change,
Unwavering integrity.
Job Offer
Bachelor's Degree required,
3-5 years of experience in a manufacture environment,
3-5 years of previous supervisory experience to include general & cost accounting,
Experience with Microsoft Office software,
MAPICS/AS 400 experience preferred.
