Role Description

In this role as Planning Analyst you will be responsible for a specific product portfolio to optimize inventory management, align demand with production capabilities and guarantee customer service levels. Furthermore, you will continuously improve supply chain processes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs

Responsibilities

In this role as Planning Analyst your responsibilities include:
- Coordination of production, inventory and distribution to guarantee customer service levels
- Inventory analysis and management
- Monthly capacity review/provide input for the S&OP processes to ensure that market requirements align with production capabilities
- Lead the planning processes of new product launches
- Complete basic financial analyses
- Act as point of contact for planning issues and prepare presentations for management
- Involvement in continuous improvement for supply chain processes using Lean/Six Sigma tools

Requirements

- Master degree in the area of Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
- Experience with inventory management, planning processes and knowledge of planning systems
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Preferably, experience with ERP
- Fluent in English, proficiency in another European language is a plus
