Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Team at NBC IT Outsourcing. As a member of our team, you will be generating B2B leads to support Foreign Sales, managing digital campaigns and measuring all online activities.
What will you do:
- Manage, optimise and improve the B2B lead generating process on Western European markets
- Search for new marketing channels and tactics to conduct digital experiments
- Run digital campaigns on multiple channels (Google Ads, cold mailings, social media, content campaigns etc.)
- Cooperate with a graphic designer to create advertising materials for marketing campaigns
- Measure all activities undertaken to make conclusions and improvements
- Analyse traffic at our website and own media using online analytics tools
- Develop and implement SEO strategy
What should you have:
- A least 3+ experience in performance marketing
- Fluent English is a must (Polish not required)
- Practical knowledge of SEM, SEO and PPC for B2B Marketing
- Experience in using online marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Woodpecker) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Ability to analyse different-source data and make conclusions for further marketing activities
- Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
- Have a results-oriented thinking style and courage to make marketing experiments
- Experience in Marketing Automation Platforms is a plus
- Experience in the IT Industry is a plus
