Your new role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Service Specialist with Dutch language skills to join clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new employees and managing their integration process.
- Handling leave management and maintaining accurate employee documentation.
- Managing and resolving employee queries and tickets through our HR system.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What you39ll need to succeed
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (B2+/C1 level), both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in HR, customer service, or a shared services environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
