Client Details
Our Client is an international well-recognized company, the leader of their market. For their Shared Service Center located in Wroclaw we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Payroll with French language to join the accounting team.
Description
- Coordinating end-to-end delivery of payroll process for relevant Business Areas,
- Coordinate with Human Resource Department updating of employee changes in HR system,
- Manage interfaces and reports between HR system and local payroll systems,
- Audit payroll data and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution,
- Execute and audit payroll outbound interfaces to be sent to third party vendors,
- Execute tests in Workday and payroll test databases as they relate to outbound/inbound interfaces.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of related payroll experience at international company,
- Fluent in English and French,
- Experience in new systems implementation, including the testing phase,
- Experience with Workday system (will be an asset),
- Extensive experience in the French payroll.
