Your responsibilities:

• Support the team in payroll systems integration processes
• Cooperate with HR and payroll teams to define business needs and expectations
• Troubleshoot, improve processes, and identify areas for optimization
• Contribute to updates of process documentation and procedures
• Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring achievement of defined objectives
• Assist operational teams in understanding and effectively controlling processes
• Build positive relationships with local stakeholders
• Escalate issues and recommendations to supervisors

Our requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (mandatory)
• University degree
• Around 10 years of experience in HR and payroll system integrations (experience with Workday, ADP Global View, ADP Celergo)
• Hands-on experience in payroll processes
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail
