Your new role
On this position you will be working as a part of Human Resources Department and your everyday duties will include comprehensive staffing and payroll support in cooperation with an outside company (payroll services provider); preparation of internal payroll / payroll reports / ad-hoc reports; cooperation with tax and insurance institutions; preparing payroll documentation and keeping personal files of employees. You will work in close cooperation with managers and participate in the development, implementation and improvement of HR processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Your proven min. 2-3 years of professional experience in preparing payroll and cooperation with an external payroll provider will be essential. To be successful on that position you need to demonstrate very good understanding of issues related to Polish labor law, social security and working time regulation. We will be more than happy to see that you have experience in preparing ZUS, PFRON, PIT declarations and CSO reports.
